Street Crimes Unit

 

The Street Crimes Unit (SCU) was formed and found in July 2024 by Marius Cloete in South Africa. Cloete is also the Operational Director and Commander of the High Risk Unit of National Anti-Hijacking Police NPO.

 

This Street Crimes Unit (SCU) was launched to proactively address street-level criminal activity. The Street Crimes Unit works closely with Law Enforcement to identify and target crime trends, crime series, profile criminal activity, human trafficking, (GBV) and problem areas that are affected. The SCU focuses primarily on Human Trafficking Gender Based Violence, Robberies, and Narcotics.

 

The SCU will also be focusing on Illegal Immigrants that are smuggled across the borders of South Africa and to bring those individuals that employ these illegal foreign nationals to book.
